TERMS &
CONDITIONS.
General conditions connected to Net Presence Ltd information, enquiries and business communications.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to information and business communications provided by Net Presence Ltd. By using company information or contacting the company, you agree to do so lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
1. Company information
Company information describes construction, industrial, automotive and related commercial activities in general terms. This includes information about industrial construction, repair, reconstruction, maintenance, construction-and-assembly work, vehicle activity, import and export, rental, parts, equipment, repair, service, representation, brokerage, consulting and the car-parts factory project in development.
2. Informational nature
Company descriptions are provided for general business information. They do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, quotation, contract, technical specification, engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice or guarantee that a particular service will be available for a specific project.
3. Enquiries and commercial arrangements
Messages sent by form, email or other direct contact are enquiries only unless and until specific commercial terms are agreed separately in writing by the relevant parties. A response to an enquiry does not automatically create a contract, obligation to supply, exclusivity, representation agreement or project commitment.
4. Service scope
The final scope, timing, pricing, technical requirements, responsibilities and deliverables for any construction, automotive, parts, service, consulting or related commercial work must be agreed separately. Project-specific arrangements may depend on availability, location, regulatory conditions, suppliers, technical feasibility and the information provided by the client.
5. Factory project
The car-parts factory is described as a project in development. Information about that project is general and may change as planning, construction, operational requirements, production direction, suppliers, equipment or commercial strategy develop.
6. Accuracy and changes
Net Presence aims to keep company information useful and current, but descriptions may be revised, expanded or removed without notice. Project descriptions and service information are general and may not describe the final scope, commercial conditions or technical details of a specific engagement.
7. Permitted use
You may use company information and contact details for legitimate informational and business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt company systems, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, misuse contact details, scrape information for improper purposes, impersonate the company or act in violation of applicable law.
8. Client information
When sending an enquiry, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, lawful and appropriate to share. You should not submit confidential third-party information, sensitive personal data or restricted technical information unless you are authorized to do so and it is necessary for the relevant business discussion.
9. Intellectual property
Net Presence branding, original text, structure, visual identity and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party photographs, fonts, code resources and other materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners or providers.
10. External services and links
Company communications and digital materials may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, security, performance, content and policies are controlled by those third parties, and their own terms may apply. Net Presence is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Net Presence Ltd is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general company information, temporary unavailability of communications, technical interruptions, third-party services or information supplied by a visitor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy
Personal information associated with business contact is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Updates to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated when company information, business practices, communication methods, services or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown above indicates the current version.
14. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any mandatory statutory rights that apply to a visitor, client or potential client remain unaffected.
